While we are about 2 weeks late, we finally got the MVP out.
Honestly, there is so much more we can do in terms of features, design, etc. But what good is that if we have no users?
Our Cold e-mail outreach campaign was a complete fail 🤡. Our post generated no interest.
But if I'm being honest with myself I'm not giving it my all. 😬
So now I'm left wondering where we can find users. We are offering the product/ Dashboard for free until we get at least 20 users.
- Post on Reddit in Crypto / Forex/ Sneaker Hype groups. They use paid discords
- Post in Indie Hackers
I don't want to post in hacker news or product hunt until I know this is the product I want to pursue 100% (is this a bad tactic?)
20 Users is my validation that this product is worth continuing to invest in.
Until then we are going to work on the next project
