What is this Challenge? 🤔
This challenge was started by Peter Levels https://levels.io/ . The goal much better explained in his post is to get products finished with an arbitrary deadline (EVERY MONTH).
Otherwise, you end up where I am today...planning a software product for a year and a half and never even starting.
The goal isn't really to launch 12 products, but find the product you and your team are passionate about in the process. Most people don't even get to 12.
Why did I start this Challenge? ❗️
I've been running a web development agency with my CTO Richarson for almost 3 years now.
While we enjoy the clients we work with we continued to dream build what it would be like to be a SaaS company.
This challenge is going to force us to stop dreaming and start building.
It was inspired after hearing an episode on https://www.indiehackers.com/ , where the founder ended up creating https://www.bannerbear.com/ after running through this challenge.
Through this challenge, we hope to

I've admired and learned so much from the entrepreneurs that have done this.
Any contribution I can make feels like a debt well paid.
Build a SaaS or SWaS (software with a service) company
We run a very talented team and our dream as a company is to run a portfolio of software companies that service happy customers.
How did we come up with our Product Ideas to Start?🌩
We've built over 70 Shopify sites, 100+ WordPress sites, and countless plugins and custom apps to service client needs.
Our inspiration came from the needs and asks of our clients in the past 4 years
